\u201cPoonam Park co-operative housing society\u201d<\/strong> is situated in the southern region of Pune city in Bibwewadi area on Satara road surrounded by the important and famous spots of the city like Swarget, Market yard, Katraj Lake, Taljai Hills and Parvati etc\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pune\u2019s Social worker of this area Shri Bibwe and his family the land owner had decided and taken initiative to develop the said project for the benefits of residents of PUNE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accordingly in the year 1993 they have appointed the renowned Architectural firm \u201cSPACE DESIGNERS\u201d<\/strong> for the design and development of the entire residential project, along with developer\/Builder \u201cSURANA \u2013 SANGHAVI and MUTHA ASSOCIATE\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The development of the entire project was done on the Survey number 678 admeasuring<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201c4001.25 Square meter plot size\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the year 1994<\/strong>, after completing all the required legal formalities and documentation, the dream reality project was founded, since then within period of 2 years, i.e. from 1996 the actual building construction completion and possession of the flat or houses to members have started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since then the establishment of the society called \u201cPOONAM PARK- PHASE I\u201d<\/strong> is initiated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While Poonam Park formation was in progress and in earlier phase developer\/Builder had developed total 8 Buildings and named on alphabet basis A to H.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Total 8 Buildings<\/strong> were constructed of 3 to 4 floors consisting of 116<\/strong> numbers of flats<\/strong> as per the design guidelines, rules and regulations of Pune Municipal Corporation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Building ABCD is interconnected and each building was designed with 1 BHK flat layouts of 64 Nos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Building EF is interconnected and each building was designed with 2BHK flat layouts of 32 Nos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Building GH was also interconnected with each other and each building was designed with combination of 1 and 2 BHK flats. In GH building out of 20 flats 10 No. of flats were designed with attached terrace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Along with the eight buildings, Amenities provided on the campus by the developers were open space, children\u2019s play area, Ganesh temple, Senior Citizen seating area, open and cover parking for 4 and 2 wheelers respectively for the use of members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Poonam Park co-operative housing society (phase -1) were formulated in the year 1996 and was registered withTahasil office Pune 37.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the establishment of Poonam Park society,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the year 2010,<\/strong> the land owner, developer and the members of the Poonam Park society came together and done the conveyance deed document of a land ownership in the name of Poonam Park society successfully and it is proud to say that all 116 members are now owner of the entire land of the Poonam park society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since 1995 to till date<\/strong>, all 116 families were staying together as a one family member bonding towards each other and always helpful to each others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All the members and their family celebrate various cultural activities, programs within the society like, Ganesh festival, Dahi handi utsav, Dandiya raas Garba in Navratri, Holi Pournima utsav etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Out of that Dandiya\u00a0 Raas Garba<\/strong> had set landmark example due to its good organization by our youth members of Poonam Park cultural Mandal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Former and present committee members were always cooperative to help each other in their panic situation. Entire managing committee members were always co-operative to provide common services and facilities to all members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All 116 members of the society are living happily and looking forward to live or remain happy within the society,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By putting required efforts,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By keeping futuristic vision towards the new generation,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By evaluating market conditions or Situations\u2026<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
